解答：上面四个表示“到达”的词语的区别在于：
reach为及物动词，可直接跟地点名词，get和arrive都是不及物动词，get只能接to；arrive接in,后跟面积较大的地点名词，arrive接at，后跟较小的地点名词。试比较：
They reached Shanghai three days ago.
They got to Shanghai three days ago.
They arrived in Shanghai / at the station three days ago.三天前他们到达上海车站。
注意get与arrive在接here，there，home时，不加介词。如：get / arrive home。
所以此题的答案应该是D。
